Throne and Liberty’s 3.28.0 update brings a new Battlegrounds map, Brooches, and more
The April 8 maintenance update adds Floating Elf Garden, two new Epic Co-Op Dungeons, a new Brooch slot, and broad PvP stat caps.

Throne and Liberty update 3.28.0 was scheduled to go live with downtime beginning at 10:30 p.m. PT on April 8, or 5:30 a.m. UTC on April 9, and it brings a hefty slate of additions across PvP, dungeons, gear, housing, and quality-of-life systems.
The new changes are a new Battlegrounds map called Floating Elf Garden, the new Brooch equipment slot, two fresh Epic Co-Op Dungeons, and a set of PvP stat caps meant to narrow the gap between builds. The patch also adds new Battle Pass and Artisan Pass rewards, updates several weapon skills, and folds in a long list of general tweaks.
