World of Warcraft’s Legion Remix event has taken a turn that players are calling frustrating. Teleport portals, once awarded for hitting a +20 Mythic+ within the timer, are reportedly no longer obtainable. The portals acted like modern Mythic+ teleports, granting instant access to the dungeon after you earned them. For a lot of players, they were a prestige item as much as a convenience.

Accounts that unlocked the portals before the change keep them. New pushes to +20 keys will not grant the portal reward, leaving latecomers without the same trophy that early finishers have. That situation follows other time-limited reversals during Remix. Blizzard previously yanked the Mage Tower druid forms after a hotfix. The change has sparked discussions about consistency, as some Legion-era rewards are returning in Remix, while others are being locked off again.
