World of Tanks is rolling out Update 2.0.1 on October 15, 2025, which includes large-scale reworks of Erlenberg, Fjords, Highway, and Overlord and a packed October event schedule. The developer also warns that the one-time gift offer ends when Update 2.0.1 goes live.

Update 2.0.1 is highlighted as an “Update” entry with a release date of October 15, 2025, and features map reworks designed to refresh frontline combat on several classic maps. Players who have not claimed the one-time gift should act before the update lands. The offer promises gold, credits, bonds, and new vehicles, and it expires on the release of Update 2.0.1.
October also brings a temporary Battle Pass chapter in collaboration with Wolfenstein. The chapter runs from October 2 to October 13, and there are daily Resistance gifts during the first and second weekends, Oct 2-6 and Oct 10-13, each weekend offering a unique old-school decal. On the competitive front, Onslaught: Season of the Azure Dragon continues, with the Ashbringer as the season reward. The AMD Onslaught Legends Series Season 4 runs across October with a mid-season break, and viewers can claim Twitch Drops for the OLS Token Store, including a chance at a Tier VIII Premium vehicle.
Return-to-event action arrives with Babylon: Forbidden Zone, running from October 15 to November 1, where players form Platoons, gather Mirium, and face new bosses for themed rewards. World of Tanks will also be at TwitchCon from October 17 to 19 with daily streams and Mystery Drops. Seasonal specials run into early November. Czechoslovak Independence Day content is active from October 27 to November 3, with missions, emblems, inscriptions, Personal Reserves, a unique 2D style, and themed sales. Halloween and Día de Muertos events run from October 31 to November 3 with limited-time missions and Twitch Drops.
