Dying Light: The Beast hotfix 1.2.1 live on PC, fixes indoor rain and day night cycle

Hotfix 1.2.1 for Dying Light: The Beast is live on PC, addressing reports of Indoor Rain and a Disturbed Day/Night Cycle. Consoles will get the same update soon, and the APEX Car Skin will be granted to eligible players once the patch is live across platforms.

Players on PC should see the update available now through Steam. The patch targets weather and cycle issues that were affecting some indoor areas and the game world’s time progression. According to the Steam post, the team thanked players for their patience and ongoing feedback.

Anyone who pre-ordered the game or owns it via the Dying Light 2 Ultimate Edition will find the APEX Car Skin waiting in their in-game stash after the hotfix has rolled out on all platforms. For now, PC users will receive the immediate fixes, and the console release will follow shortly.
