Gentle Mates have jumped into Counter-Strike 2 by signing Iberian Soul, a Spanish squad built from players who’ve passed through KOI, MAD Lions, and Ninjas in Pyjamas. The new roster will make its debut today at 5:30 PM BST on Squeezie’s Twitch – the timing is tight and the expectations are high.
Gentle Mates confirmed their expansion into Counter-Strike 2 with a short announcement video. The organisation then shared the team’s details via another post listing the full lineup – you can see the inaugural roster on X.

The roster’s first match under the Gentle Mates badge will take place today at 5:30 PM BST on Squeezie’s official Twitch channel.

They’ve since built teams across Rocket League, League of Legends, and Age of Empires, plus several FPS squads in Call of Duty, VALORANT, and Fortnite.
