PlayStation announced: “We are pleased to announce that PS4 players get first access to earn select online content in the vast open world of Red Dead Redemption 2. Check back on PlayStation’s blog for more details soon and for all of the latest information on Red Dead Redemption 2.’’
Building a friendship: Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming next fall.
The unveiling to Red Dead Redemption 2 was followed up by Sony with an official statement regarding exclusivity.
Gratefully, it is not drastic, but they said that PlayStation users will be granted with an exclusive early access to Red Dead Online’s DLC. That means leaving Xbox One players “in front of the door” for an unspecified amount of time.
It is a statement that will upset the bigger part of the crowd, and excite others. Sony will be glad for the extra sales from it. Red Dead Redemption 2 has gained legendary status in the industry.
Maybe this deal will make a strong friendship between Sony and Rockstar. Exclusivity is inconvenient for some, but it works for a profit.
Hopefully, the deal would not bother that much. To take into consideration the immense fun in GTA online. I do not appreciate being left in the dust, realizing what I could be doing if I own a PlayStation.
The fact is that Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming next fall Xbox One and PS4 – there is no information about the PC version yet.
