In this Public Experimental phase, you’ll see your live server progression carry over from this Wednesday, but don’t worry, your main game progress won’t be affected by your time in experimental mode.

If you do encounter any crashes, make sure to turn on GPU Debugging in your game settings.

How do you join the public-experimental branch?
  1. You’ll need to go offline and then back online in Steam (via the Steam tab in the upper left corner).
  2. Right-click on Gray Zone Warfare, then select “Properties.”
  3. Select “none” in the “Betas” tab (under “Beta Participation”) and switch to “public-experimental.” server.
  4. Please update your game.

The Public Experimental servers will be available for several days only.

This patch highlights MADFINGER Games’ ongoing commitment to improving the gameplay experience while actively involving players in development feedback loops. While it’s encouraging to see such extensive engagement, players may express concerns about lingering bugs affecting immersion and gameplay flow during matches, a sentiment echoed across many multiplayer titles today.

The introduction of FSR 3.1 Frame Generation could significantly improve visual performance for those equipped with Nvidia GPUs, which many tech-savvy gamers will surely appreciate as they explore new tactics within chaotic battlefields.

I look forward to hearing how everyone finds these changes once they explore testing! Remember that every piece of feedback helps shape our beloved gaming community’s future experiences, so don’t hold back!
