Obsidian Entertainment has returned its cult classic espionage RPG, Alpha Protocol, to the digital shelves. This time, it finds a new home on GOG, complete with many modern enhancements that promise to redefine our covert operations experience.
Released in 2010, Alpha Protocol offers players a rich narrative marked by choice, consequence, and undercover operations. Despite its ambitious take on the RPG genre, in June 2019, Alpha Protocol was delisted from Steam, leaving fans in search of action and strategy.
Alpha Protocol is now out for PC via GOG, priced at $19.99. 10% discount awaits until April 3rd, a moment to dive into or revisit this masterpiece. Brimming with action, intrigue, and a hint of nostalgia, the launch trailer serves as the perfect primer for what’s in store.
The GOG version of Alpha Protocol has been fine-tuned and upgraded. Full controller support is now a reality, supporting the DualSense, Switch Pro, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and DualShock 4 controllers.
Text localization is available in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Polish, and Russian. Including cloud saves and compatibility with modern operating systems. Achievements, previously the exclusive domain of console versions, have now made their way to PC.
