Yakuza: Like A Dragon Will Include An English Version Of “Baka Mitai” As A Karaoke Song, Along With A Few Other Minigames
Yakuza: Like A Dragon is coming to the west this November for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, while the PS5 version will come out in early 2021. The game will be fully dubbed, as we’ve mentioned before. Today, it got a new trailer which showed some of its minigames, but the English dub for “Baka Mitai” is what took the cake.
If you aren’t familiar, Baka Mitai (I’ve Been a Fool) is a song that’s appeared in previous Yakuza games, and it was a big meme recently. People would deep fake pictures of celebrities or others, making them sing the catchy song. It made out for a creepy, but a funny meme.
The video shows the typical minigames you might expect, and it’s worth noting that the batting cages, darts, and golf are back. The other Karaoke songs that are currently confirmed are:
