Xbox is lining up a 30-minute Stranger Than Heaven stream for May 6
The broadcast will dig into RGG Studio's story, world, and cast, with Japanese-language streaming plus subtitle and accessibility support also planned.

Xbox will put Stranger Than Heaven front and center on Wednesday, May 6, with a showcase that runs for about 30 minutes and focuses on the game’s story, world, characters, and the team bringing it together.
The project comes from RGG Studio and first surfaced during the March Partner Preview, where Xbox introduced it as an action-adventure game spanning five eras of modern Japan and five separate cities. This next broadcast should give players a much clearer look at how that setup works in practice.
Xbox says the stream begins at 4 p.m. Pacific / 7 p.m. Eastern on May 6, which is 12:00 a.m. UK time on May 7. The main broadcast will run on YouTube in 4K at 60fps, and it will also air on Twitch and Twitch ASL, along with regional Xbox channels around the world.
The full show will also be available in Japanese on the Xbox Japan YouTube channel. Live subtitles will cover Simplified Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Castilian Spanish, and Mexican Spanish, with Arabic, Traditional Chinese, Filipino, French (Canadian), Hindi, Indonesian, Malay, Māori, Persian, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese added after the show.
Xbox also said the broadcast will include an English audio-description version on YouTube, plus American Sign Language and Japanese Sign Language options. If you miss the live show, Xbox Wire will publish a recap right after it ends.
The game is also coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, and Xbox Cloud, with Xbox Play Anywhere support and Game Pass availability. Tell us what you think in the comments, and follow us on X, Bluesky, YouTube, and Instagram for more updates.
