WoW’s next Mythic+ milestones will let top players pick old mounts and chase a new exclusive one
Blizzard said patch 12.0.5 will add Keystone Myth and Umbral Champion, with one reward path starting at 3400 Mythic+ rating and another tied to the top 1% of a season.

Blizzard has outlined two new Mythic+ achievements for World of Warcraft in patch 12.0.5, and both of them are aimed squarely at players pushing well past the usual seasonal milestones. The new rewards come through the official Blizzard forum post, which introduces Keystone Myth and Umbral Champion: Midnight Season One.
Keystone Myth will unlock once a player reaches 3400 Mythic+ rating. At that point, Blizzard says players will receive a Timelost Saddle, earned once per warband per season, and can take it to Lindormi in Silvermoon or the Timeways to swap it for a mount from a curated list. That pool will include Keystone Master and Keystone Legend mounts from past seasons, along with the new mounts Blizzard is adding.
The studio also said the 3400 rating requirement is not meant to stay locked forever. Since Mythic+ difficulty changes from season to season, Blizzard said it may adjust that bar in future seasons so the achievement continues to line up with the same level of challenge and prestige.
The second achievement, Umbral Champion, will go to players who finish Midnight Season One in the top 1% of Mythic+ rating. Unlike the first reward path, this one grants a new exclusive mount on top of the mounts available through Keystone Myth.
For high-end Mythic+ players, this is Blizzard’s way of adding more reasons to keep pushing once the familiar seasonal rewards are already in hand. Patch 12.0.5 will bring both achievements into the game when it arrives.
