World of Warcraft Mailbox Toys May Stay Active After You Change Characters
The discovery involved spending 300 Accolades on a second character and sending loot boxes through the same summoned mailbox.

World of Warcraft players may be able to keep using a summoned mailbox toy after changing characters. The toy can remain active after its original character logs out, letting another character use it without needing to summon a new one.
The discovery came while gearing a fresh level-90 character. About 2,000 Accolades were spread across several characters, so the mailbox was placed to send loot boxes to the same account. After switching to another character and spending 300 more Accolades, the mailbox was still available, allowing the mailing process to continue across characters.
Fun fact: Mailboxes persist across multiple characters

About 2,000 Accolades sat across several characters for the account in question instead of being Warband-bound or transferable, which made the persistent mailbox useful as a workaround. Rather than placing a new mailbox for each character in the sequence, the same toy remained available throughout the process.
The intended status of the interaction remains unclear, so it should be treated as an unconfirmed convenience rather than a guaranteed mailbox feature. Anyone testing it can place the toy, send the loot boxes, switch characters, and check whether it is still active.
