Woolhaven, the paid expansion for Cult of the Lamb, launched alongside a mandatory title update on January 2026. The live update is version 1.5.0. The patch includes the DLC content plus a broad set of gameplay tweaks and bug fixes.
To unlock Woolhaven after purchasing the DLC, players must have defeated the four Bishops: Leshy, Heket, Kallamar and Shamura. Defeating The One Who Waits is not required. A Yngya statue appears on the north side of the base next to the teleporter and requests these resources to start Woolhaven:
- 5 Mushrooms
- 5 Crystals
- 5 Silk
- 1 Sin
Once the statue has been fed, Woolhaven becomes available. Key DLC features and changes include:
- Base expansion to fit new structures and decorations.
- Exorcism Altar that lets players reroll Follower traits.
- Work Tent to assign more jobs and to connect structures for reduced micromanagement.
- A system for holding marriage ceremonies between Followers and for divorcing Followers who are no longer wanted.
- Follower promotions so Medics at the Medic Station can heal others and Carpenters at the Carpentry Station can rebuild structures.
- A rework for Spies where they can now be caught, murdered, or indoctrinated if intercepted before they leave.
- Removal of the level cap and several behavior and trait changes: children of Jalala, Rinor and Yarlen will not be abominations; Bishop Followers will no longer have the Poet Trait; Leshy will have a blind trait; Followers on missionaries may appear in dungeons.
- New Mystic Sellers Wheel items including Teddy Dog Follower Form, Leafy Sculpture, Mushroom Candle, Goat Effigy, Goat Statue, and Goat Plant.
- New language support: Italian, Turkish, French Canadian and Dutch, Arabic.
