Warzone Season 4 Reloaded Brings Big Weapon Changes and Resurgence Ranked Play Returns

Warzone Season 4 Reloaded just landed with a bunch of updates that are shaking up how you’ll play on Rebirth Island and beyond. From weapon balancing to a fresh Ranked Play format, plus new gear and a wild limited-time mode, there’s a lot to unpack here.

The update tweaks some fan-favorite guns, like nerfing the Krig C, which dominated long-range battles, while buffing others such as the BAS-P and VEL 46. The short-range meta still leans on the C9, but these changes might shuffle that around a bit. Plus, the return of Resurgence Ranked Play on Rebirth Island brings a fresh take on scoring that rewards teamwork more than just individual kills. No more death penalties either, so you can be aggressive without worrying about losing rank points.

Weapon Balancing

The Krig C damage range nerf opens the door for other weapons to shine long-range, while short-range guns like the BAS-P, Vaznev-9K, and VEL 46 got buffs that might disrupt the meta. The C9 still looks strong but might not be the only go-to now.
