Gaijin Entertainment has announced their major War Thunder update which introduces us to their improved Dagor 5 engine. The engine, on the other side, brings improved graphics and sound and in general makes War Thunder far more immersive. This change occurred within the latest 1.77 update, and Dagor Engine 5.0 is the main reason for all the improvements.
Named under Advancing Storm, the update 1.77 is expected to be one of the best released in War Thunder. As Gaijin Entertainment announced, the new engine will offer improved weather effects, and make the game more realistic.
As examples of all of the texture details and changes, the developers posted images of some of the armored vehicles and aircraft supremacy, for which apparently shows shadow improvements and more. Furthermore, this update adds 14 new aircraft models.
