Hello, fellow gamers! 🎮 Who’s ready to jump back into Unrailed 2: Back on Track? We’ve got some fresh news straight from the developers that you won’t want to miss. An experimental version update just dropped, and it’s packed with intriguing changes that might shake things up a bit! Let’s dig into what’s new!
This update is all about experimentation, allowing players to test out new features before they go live. If you’re like me and love being at the forefront of gaming experiences, you’ll want to check this out. To access it, right-click Unrailed, head over to settings, and select Betas! Keep in mind that these changes are still being fine-tuned based on player feedback.
Patch Notes v-394-c7ea78c:
- Improvement: The bucket with milk now functions similarly to the bucket buff in U1. It has a radius when filled with milk, and a timer that decreases only when players are within that radius. All players get the buff while they’re in it! However, giving milk directly to players is disabled for now. This one’s experimental; feedback will shape its future.
- Freeze fix: Resolved an issue where entering a biome transition station could cause freezing.
- Balance: Using hurry, jetpack, and ghost cartridge will now keep you from slowing down on spider webs.
- Bug fix: Extra stock chests should now work correctly.
- Bug fix: Players can no longer carry large stacks after crocodile milk runs out.
- Bug fix: Fixed an issue in split input mode where holding down the action button was impossible.
You know what caught my eye? That milk bucket improvement! It’s cool how they’re trying something different with gameplay mechanics, let’s see if it leads to some clever strategies among players. I imagine plenty of fun moments (or chaos!) happening as everyone rushes for those buffs. 😂
The freeze issues during biome transitions were annoying, too; I’m glad that’s been addressed. It feels great when developers listen to community concerns and act quickly, kudos!
