Total War: WARHAMMER III Gets a Lords of the End Times DLC Overview
The September 24 DLC adds four Legendary Lords, while free updates overhaul the Vampire Counts and Archaon and rework end game scenarios and victory conditions.

A dedicated overview for Total War: WARHAMMER III‘s Lords of the End Times DLC has been posted. The item points to Creative Assembly’s official Total War community page as its source attachment.
Creative Assembly has also released a new cinematic trailer for the expansion.
The expansion adds four Legendary Lords, each with a different campaign focus as the Warhammer world heads toward its prophesied disaster:
What Nagash, Boris Todbringer, the Glottkin, and Thanquol will do
Nagash, Supreme Lord of the Undead, will gather his Mortarch lieutenants and search for his legendary lost Books. Completing that journey will let him ascend to godhood and reshape the world into a vast domain of the dead.

Boris Todbringer will lead Middenland by feeding its battle fervor into the Great Temple of Ulric. That power will unlock bonuses for his armies as the campaign develops.
For Nurgle players, the Glottkin will spread their influence by cultivating Gardens of Nurgle. Those gardens can produce beneficial plagues and demonic Nurgle units while the faction tears through the world.

Thanquol’s campaign will center on schemes and collateral damage. Creative Assembly says his grand plans will be realized if players can keep the destruction under control, although the studio also warns that those plans will not always go smoothly.
Free updates will arrive with the DLC
The launch will also come with free game updates for existing players. Creative Assembly has confirmed gameplay overhauls for the Vampire Counts and Archaon, along with new end game scenarios and reworked victory conditions for every Legendary Lord.
There is also a notable access change tied to the expansion. Buying any Lords of the End Times DLC option—either an individual lord or the bundle—will grant access to the Immortal Empires campaign, even for players who do not own any of the Total War: Warhammer games.
The DLC will launch on Steam on September 24.
