Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 developer Iron Galaxy has released a small patch, update 1.07, that focuses on online fixes and handheld-device compatibility, and it went live on September 9. The update aims to stop party-drop issues, crashes linked to friend requests, and several audio and input bugs affecting portable play.
The patch tackles multiplayer problems directly: it fixes an issue where queuing into a match with a full party could sometimes remove one player and resolves crashes that occurred when players with many friends received new friend requests. It also patches Unmaykr board audio issues that could silence other skaters or prevent the board’s own sound from playing. Small, but useful.
Handheld support got attention too – notes call out compatibility improvements for PC handheld devices and device-specific fixes for Steam Deck and ROG Ally models. Patch notes list a Steam Deck boot crash and missing virtual keyboard options, plus UI text sizing problems on certain ROG Ally configurations. Three weeks ago, a beefier update was released that added quality-of-life features and more for free on all platforms.
