The world of Throne and Liberty is about to get much more interesting with the arrival of Update 2.1.0. Scheduled for downtime starting at 10:30 PM PT on March 12, this update promises a wealth of new content that will keep players engaged for hours. From introducing Nebula Island to exciting solo dungeon bosses, there’s plenty to unpack here.
New Activity: Nebula Island
Nebula Island stands out as one of the most anticipated additions in this update. Accessible to players at level 55 through the Secret Dungeons’ Lawless Wilds tab, it offers up to five hours of playtime each week, though you can snag extra time using Nebula Charge Stones. The island is divided into a central village and six regions, featuring peaceful and war zones where PvP is permanently active.
This vibrant locale allows players to hunt for Lesser and Greater Nebula Stones and hosts hourly events and field boss battles with limited slots available for participants. Plus, an exclusive accessory system called Artifacts ties directly into the Nebula Island experience.
New System: Artifacts
The Artifact system introduces a fresh way to customize your character’s playstyle with unique skills derived from item sets found on Nebula Island and in Abyss Dungeons. Players can collect six parts—four Talistones, a Solarstone, and a Lunarstone—each offering distinct stats and effects. With 14 different Artifact sets across three grades (Common, Uncommon, Rare), players can mix and match pieces to trigger powerful bonuses.
New Solo Dungeon Bosses
If you’re looking for a challenge, look no further than the new solo dungeon bosses like Umbrakan and Lionhead.
- Umbrakan: This creature combines beastly ferocity with human intelligence and tree-like vitality. After absorbing mana from a wizard, it turned its sights on humans, casting illusions to ensnare its prey.
- Lionhead: Born from dark origins as Demian—a child of demon and human—this boss became notorious on battlefields after being subjected to brutal training that led him down a path of excessive violence.
New 3-Star Dungeons
Doomrot Grove
Doomrot Grove was created by Norn Bercant after her kidnapping by the Crimson family transformed her into a fearsome entity fueled by rage.
Twisted Laboratory
This eerie location holds secrets about bioweapons unleashed by the Crimson family that decimated many lives within their manor walls.
Vanguards – Multi-Party (Raid) System

- Create Vanguards via Party Management.
- The first player forming the raid becomes the Vanguard Leader with options to transfer leadership later.
- Leaders can adjust party compositions or set join conditions such as ‘Guild Members Only’ or ‘Open Entry.’
