The First Descendant has just released its official Companion app, giving players the freedom to check their Descendant info and event news anytime, anywhere. This mobile app syncs with your game account, making it easier to keep up with your progress without being tied to your PC or console.
Launching on July 1, 2025, the app is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. You can view your owned Descendants, equipped gear, and research progress in real time—or at least close to it, since there might be a slight delay syncing data from the game. Still, it’s a handy tool for those moments when you’re away from your main setup but want to stay connected.
The app also provides quick access to updated news, announcements, and web events, all from your mobile device. Logging in is supported through multiple platforms, including Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nexon accounts. Just remember that some features, such as attendance checks, require you to log in with the same account you use in-game.
Currently, the app supports Korean, English, and Japanese, with plans to add more languages gradually. For smooth operation, it’s recommended your device runs Android 7.0 or iOS 13 or higher. Network hiccups or account issues may cause some features to malfunction, and certain functions may be unavailable during game maintenance. So, patience may be necessary at times.
