Suika Game and its follow-up, Suika Game Planet, are now available to purchase on PS5. Both puzzlers cost $2.99/£2.49 each, bringing the fruit-matching games to PlayStation after years of availability elsewhere.
The two releases are available through the UK PlayStation Store listing and the US PlayStation Store listing.
Suika Game keeps its rules wonderfully simple. Fruits fall into the play area, and matching two of the same type combines them into a larger fruit. The chain starts with cherries and can eventually lead all the way to a watermelon.
Suika Game Planet uses the same basic formula, but its play area is circular instead of rectangular. That small change gives the sequel a different feel while keeping the quick, easy-to-understand gameplay intact.
