Have you ever longed for a great gaming experience while waiting in line at the grocery store or lounging on your couch? Well, it seems the stars have aligned because we’ve got some exciting news for all you handheld heroes!

The team behind Halls of Torment, along with our buddies at Bippinbits (Dome Keeper), Mega Crit (Slay the Spire), and Pugstorm (Core Keeper), has teamed up to launch something truly special. Introducing the Steam Deck Stars Bundle, a collection of Steam titles perfect for those moments when you need to escape reality, whether during your commute, hanging out at home, or even sneaking in a session between family obligations.

What’s Inside?

This delightful bundle is filled with all Steam Deck Verified games, meaning you won’t be left high and dry when trying to play on the go. Picture this: you’re sipping coffee and dodging social interaction at a gathering; what better way to pass time than to explore an immersive indie game? Trust me, it’s like having a secret weapon against boredom!

Halls of Torment
Slay hordes of terrifying monsters in this horde survival roguelite. Descend into the Halls of Torment where the Lords of the underworld await you. Treasures, magical trinkets, and a growing cast of heroes will grant you the power to vanquish these horrors from beyond. How long can you survive?

Dome Keeper
Defend against waves of alien attackers in this innovative roguelike survival miner. Dig for resources and choose from powerful upgrade paths. Is there enough time to mine a little deeper and get back to defend before the monsters attack your dome?

Slay the Spire
We fused card games and roguelikes together to make the best single player deckbuilder we could. Craft a unique deck, encounter bizarre creatures, discover relics of immense power, and Slay the Spire!

Core Keeper
Explore a vast cavern of creatures, relics and resources in a mining sandbox adventure for 1-8 players. Mine, build, fight, craft and farm to unravel the mystery of the ancient Core.

This collaboration showcases some of the best indie talent and emphasizes how versatile and portable gaming can be. So whether you’re running errands or just chilling in your living room, these games will keep you entertained without needing to sit down in front of your PC.

As we wrap up this year, let’s take a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come with handheld gaming. It feels like just yesterday I was lugging around my old console, now I can fit an entire library in my backpack! Seriously though, make sure to check out the bundle; who knows what hidden gems you’ll uncover!

I've spent half of my life playing video games, ever since the competitive 1.6 era. Now I am happily married to Margarita Kicevski, and have two beautiful children. My goal is to deliver fresh news and updates, but most of the time I want to work on guides. Since I have rebooted this website, I am planning on making it huge. Just you wait!
