StarCraft’s Second ARG Transmission Raises a Possible Kerrigan Connection Before BlizzCon
Transmission 02 adds cargo logs, medical records and a recurring 2575 date, but Blizzard has not identified the masked patient.
StarCraft’s second ARG transmission is now appearing on Blizzard’s StarCraft website, and it adds a masked patient record that has fans looking at Sarah Kerrigan’s initials. The page presents a corrupted download with red glitches, rapidly changing text and failure warnings instead of a clean announcement.
The latest sequence follows earlier site glitches that revealed fragments tied to Theta Squadron and the Roxara Lunar Mining Complex. Transmission 02 broadens that thread with cargo conversations, medical records and an unnamed research operation that appears to be going badly.
What Transmission 02 contains
A fan-maintained Transmission 02 archive currently collects 13 entries. The logs describe important cargo connected to the research operation, including “screeching and scratching” coming from inside it. The website’s sequence also downloads before rapidly changing text, red glitches and failure warnings appear, as captured in a raw transmission thread.

The clearest link to StarCraft’s familiar cast comes from a medical record labeled S. K███████. The apparent surname length could fit S. Kerrigan, short for Sarah Kerrigan, but the record does not identify the patient.
For now, Kerrigan remains a possible reading of the initials rather than a confirmed appearance.
Another unresolved detail is the recurring year 2575. That date places the storyline decades beyond the familiar StarCraft 2 period, while the apparent Kerrigan connection points back toward one of the series’ central characters. The contrast could be intentional, but the website has not explained how the patient, the cargo or the timeline fit together.
BlizzCon is scheduled to begin on Sept. 12, 2026, according to the event’s official website. That leaves the ARG’s next transmission close to Blizzard’s event, where the mystery around the cargo and S. K███████ could receive another clue.
