Stalcraft: X June 2025 Update Brings New Mode, Weapon Tweaks, and UI Improvements

Stalcraft: X adds a fresh PvP mode, adjusts weapon stats, and refines UI in the latest patch.

The latest Stalcraft: X patch, dated June 25, 2025, shakes up the game with a fresh time-limited mode, weapon balance adjustments, and some neat quality-of-life improvements. This update matters because it reshuffles how you’ll experience the streets of Pripyat and fine-tunes your gear’s feel in battle.

Stalcraft: X Pripyat battlefield

Military action is stirring in the North, with supply lines stabilizing and prices calming down as the blockade eases. You’ll want to stay sharp, though, because the situation remains volatile and the intercepted radio chatter hints at surprises ahead.

Season Pass Events Balance

Based on player feedback, the patch tweaks event requirements:

  • Increased the number of completions needed for several tasks in Session battles and Subdivision battles, including the grenade kills on NPCs task.
  • Decreased the required completions for eliminating enemy scientists.

Note: The Season Pass system and its tasks are still subject to change.

Session Modes Changes

The familiar Streets of Pripyat map has been swapped out for a limited-time game mode called Assault on the Streets of Pripyat. Here, one team takes on the role of S.S.P.P. soldiers, while the other plays as Murmur troopers. The gear is preset and K/D stats won’t be tracked, but you can still complete daily tasks on this map.

Also, armour-piercing rounds are now standard in all session modes. Arms Race and DeathMatch have been moved into the session modes section for easier access.

Quality of Life Updates

  • Weight display now shows more detailed information on hover.
  • Daily login rewards interface updated to display remaining Premium days.
  • The reticle for the Perspective sight has been changed.

Yikes, that’s quite a few adjustments! It’s interesting how the 6P62 Little Boy got lighter and packed more punch—makes me wonder if it’ll finally become a favorite in the heat of battle. Who doesn’t love a surprise buff, right?

What do you think about the new Assault on the Streets of Pripyat mode? Will preset gear and no K/D tracking change how you approach PvP? Drop your thoughts in the comments below!
