STALCRAFT: X posted a new field guide on June 13, giving stalkers a few lessons to read before heading back into the Zone.
The post opens with an unnamed stalker admitting, “Picked the wrong container. Nearly got myself irradiated. Watch yourselves out there, folks.” It sets the tone right away. The Zone does not forgive careless packing.
The guide says the notes come from years of expeditions and are meant to help players learn from other people’s mistakes. The attached graphic focuses on backpacks and containers, including an example where an artifact that grants 4% vitality changes value based on container effectiveness.
That makes this less like flavor text and more like a practical warning for anyone heading out with gear they have not thought through.
