1047 Games revealed SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded and dropped a trailer that teased five arenas set to join the relaunch. The studio linked an announcement video and pointed players to a longer announcement post on Steam for more details. The announcement post was shared through the studio’s Steam channel at the studio’s announcement blog.
Two new maps built around Arena Reloaded movement
The team said the two new battlegrounds were designed specifically for Arena Reloaded’s movement and portal sandbox, with an eye toward fresh pacing and larger sightlines.

Hammerhead is a moving arena set atop a Sabrask land crawler crossing a Martian desert. Combat happens on the vehicle’s deck and in the ground beneath it, with the crawler’s forward motion adding a constant tempo to fights.

Terra-13 is the largest arena the team has built. It is set inside an industrial farming facility on Mars and centers on a towering irrigation silo with long lanes and wide angles for power position battles.
Three remastered classics return
Alongside the new builds, 1047 Games remastered three classic Splitgate arenas so they fit Arena Reloaded’s streamlined sandbox and new portal tools.

Oasis is a compact, symmetrical seaside complex with a central courtyard and tall spires. The remaster adds portal overloading interactions that the studio says make high-ground fights feel fairer.

Abyss returns with added verticality and asymmetry. The map sits inside an underground cave network built around a central pit and flows between outer rings, interior platforms, and the dangerous drop at the center.

Karman Station riffs on the original Splitgate’s first map with a symmetrical interior and a central bridge. The top prize on this map is the Railgun, now suspended above the arena so players must use momentum and clever portals to reach it.
Map-wide changes from the beta
1047 Games said it pushed map updates into the rest of the Arena pool based on beta feedback. Most maps now include new or expanded portal walls, plus floor, ceiling, elevator, and launch portals aimed at offering more traversal options and varied combat routes. The studio also smoothed traversal across ledges, ramps, and geometry so players spend less time stuck and more time in fights. When Arena Reloaded launch arrives on December 17, 2025 the map count will be 20.
