We know how Cyberpunk has changed its course of flow in the past couple of days. From hype to disappointment, console players are now eager to get their money back as soon as possible. The frustration build-up comes from what else, if not flaws and issues encountered in Cyberpunk 2077. But, even though the developers have instructed the players to wait for updates or ask for a refund, Sony seems not to agree with their terms.
Multiple PlayStation users have asked for a refund due to the very same encounters. Sony, on the opposite, has circumvented the refund inquiries unpleasantly. After being asked for a refund, Sony’s response is to wait for future updates that will improve the overall gameplay experience of Cyberpunk 2077.
