Since March 24, Escape From Tarkov Banned More Than 4,300 Cheaters

Battlestate Games, the developer of the popular online multiplayer first-person shooter game Escape from Tarkov, has stepped up its fight against cheaters. Since March 24, with the support of the BattlEye anti-cheat system, more than 4,300 cheaters have been banned from the game.

This significant crackdown on cheating activities demonstrates the developer’s commitment to providing a fair gaming environment for its loyal player base. To further deter cheaters and put them to shame, the banned users have been added to a publicly accessible “Wall of Shame” on a Google Spreadsheet.

Since the beginning of March, the total number of banned users has exceeded 10,000, reflecting Battlestate Games’ continuous efforts to maintain the integrity of the game.

The community has welcomed this move, as cheaters disrupt the gaming experience and negatively impact the game’s reputation. By swiftly banning cheaters and publicly shaming them, Battlestate Games aims to discourage potential hackers and create a more enjoyable gaming experience for all players.

As the developer continues to monitor and improve its anti-cheat measures, the number of banned cheaters is expected to rise, making Escape from Tarkov a more secure and fair environment for its dedicated players.
