Initially released on PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and Epic Games Store on PC, Sifu had already enjoyed considerable success, with publisher Kepler Interactive announcing in March that over 2 million copies had been sold. The game’s release on Steam, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, has only added to its growing popularity.
The recent launch of Sifu’s fourth major update, the Arenas expansion, has also contributed to the game’s success. Initially announced in December, the expansion features five new game modes and 45 challenges, providing players with even more content.
Since its initial release, Sifu’s developers have been committed to updating and improving the game, offering various additions to its core gameplay mechanics. Last year’s Summer Update introduced new gameplay modifiers and a scoring system, while an earlier update added difficulty options to cater to different player preferences.
