Speaking of Lost Ark, server queues and Crystalline Aura are no stranger at all. The game that caught the world by storm is now suffering from large queues once again, especially in the EU Region. But whenever this happens, it sounds more like an invention than an issue. It’s almost like people do this on purpose and re-invent the Crystalline Aura issue and how to cause headaches to Amazon Games.
On Sunday, the developer announced on Twitter that they are of the current Crystalline Aura and matchmaking issues, and they are currently working on a fix. You can find the tweet below, including the statement on their forums. According to it, people are not able to enjoy the following:
- Missing Premium Content and Store
- The Galatur issues from Head Start
- Queues within the EU region
- Crystalline Auras missing from characters
We are aware of the crystalline aura issues on Europe Central and are working to resolve them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Despite the addition of the EU West servers, it seems that more people are favoring keeping their characters on where they already progressed for a certain amount of time instead of starting anew. It cannot get simpler than that. Yes, the queue issues might have gone down for a slight, considering it’s a weekend, but nowhere near to smooth and exciting gameplay experience for everyone, especially now that the Crystalline Aura issues are coming back.
Until further statement by Amazon Games, we have to remain patient and wait for their solution to the problem. One thing’s certain, though. Bringing server transfer into play will be the cherry at the top of the cake, and everyone will have fun. But at this point, the first server transfer has to be free, which kind of decimated New World, in a way. So it might be anxiety or phobia, you name it. Server transfer is available in Korea, and I am sad that this feature didn’t arrive in the Western Region.
