Roadcraft is the upcoming simulation game from Saber Interactive, known for titles like Snowrunner and Expeditions. It offers a wide range of vehicles and large maps, promising many hours of gameplay for fans of the series and simulation games in general.
Roadcraft Release Date
Roadcraft will be released on May 20 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. This release arrives just over a year after Expedition: A Mudrunner Game and seven years after Snowrunner, marking the fourth main entry in the series that began with Spintires over a decade ago.
Roadcraft Start Times
Saber Interactive has not confirmed the exact release times yet, but it’s likely that the game will launch at midnight local time in each region. This means New Zealand and Australia players might be among the first to access the game, though a simultaneous global release time could still be announced closer to launch.
We will update when official timings become available.
Early Access and Demo Information
Roadcraft does not offer early access, even for those who purchase the Rebuild Edition, which costs an additional $10. The Rebuild Edition includes extra maps, contracts, vehicles, and activities that will be added after launch rather than early entry to the game.
Players had a chance to try a demo during the Steam Next Fest event from February 24 to March 3, but this was only available on Steam. Console players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S have not been able to test the game yet.
Roadcraft features over 40 vehicles, including bulldozers and construction cranes, and supports co-op play for up to four players. The game includes eight large maps measuring 4 square kilometers, offering plenty of space to rebuild and explore.
