Ready or Not has released its first hotfix for the Los Sueños Stories update, addressing some troublesome bugs that players have been encountering. The developers are actively gathering player reports through their official Discord to tackle these issues efficiently.
The main fix in this hotfix targets a VOIP-related crash that has been affecting single-player modes. This crash could disrupt gameplay unexpectedly, so its resolution should improve overall stability. Additionally, the team is working on a larger patch that already includes over a hundred fixes, including adjustments to blood decal behavior and SWAT movement animations.
Another issue being addressed is the problem where legacy save file scores were not showing up on the mission selection screen. The good news is that no player data has been lost unless the save files were manually deleted. Additionally, server capacity has been increased for Epic Games Store users to minimize authentication issues during login.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed crash when restarting or returning to station mid-mission in quickplay
- Increased server capacity with EGS to prevent authentication issues when connecting accounts
It’s interesting to see how VOIP can cause such crashes, right? I wonder if these fixes will also improve multiplayer voice stability. Have you experienced any of these issues yourself? Let me know what you think in the comments below.
