Rainbow Six Siege players will have a new reason to keep Twitch open when Operation Split Fire begins. Ubisoft’s official Operation Split Fire announcement confirms that viewers can earn the exclusive Smells Like Burning weapon charm through a limited Twitch Drop campaign.
The reward window is scheduled to open on September 1 at 6:00 a.m. PT and close on September 15 at 6:00 a.m. PT. During that period, players must watch 3 hours of gameplay on official Rainbow Six Siege channels or select partner channels.
How to earn the Smells Like Burning charm
- Link your accounts. Connect your Twitch account to your Ubisoft account through the Ubisoft account-linking page.
- Watch eligible Siege streams. View official Rainbow Six Siege broadcasts or participating partner channels during the campaign window. Your Drop progress will build as you watch.
- Claim the reward. Once the required 3 hours are complete, claim the charm through your Twitch Inventory. Ubisoft says the reward will then be waiting for you in-game.
The campaign offers a small piece of Operation Split Fire history without asking players to win matches or complete a special challenge. All that is needed is a linked account, an eligible stream, and enough viewing time before the September 15 cutoff.
