Ubisoft has rolled out the Y10S3.3 update for Rainbow Six Siege. The patch focuses on small but targeted balancing changes: Jager and Bandit get new secondary weapons, Solis receives ability buffs and a gadget swap, and Denari sees partial reversions plus weapon improvements. A handful of UI and operator bugs are also fixed.
These changes are designed to shift utility and comfort rather than overhaul the meta. Giving more reliable secondaries lets defenders perform prep-phase destruction or mid-range engagements without changing primary loadouts, while Denari fixes address player concerns about pacing and weapon viability.
Balancing
Jager
We are boosting Jager’s secondary options by including a handgun with sights. This should add versatility to his loadout and give a more reliable mid-range secondary for players who use the M870 as a primary weapon.
LOADOUT
- Secondary weapons:
- Added the P-10C
Bandit
Hitting exterior soft walls before reinforcing is a common prep tactic to improve sound propagation. Bandit has lacked a reliable secondary for that setup; adding a stronger handgun gives him the ability to create openings independently during the preparation phase.
LOADOUT
- Secondary weapons:
- Added Keratos .357
Solis
Solis’ ability was underperforming after recent tweaks. This patch increases the detection range and Overclock duration, lowers the minimum charge needed to activate the ability, and returns Impact Grenades to her gadget options to make her a more flexible roamer.
SPEC-IO
- Detection Range set to 20m (was 12m).
- Overclock Duration set to 15s (was 10s).
- Minimum SPEC-IO charge to activate the ability set to 25% (was 50%).
LOADOUT
- Gadgets:
- Added Impact Grenades and removed Bullet Proof Camera.
Denari
Following player feedback and data, some earlier Denari changes are being rolled back. The team also buffs the Glaive-12 to make it more viable in firefights and adjusts T.R.I.P. connector behavior to be less disruptive.
T.R.I.P. CONNECTOR
- T.R.I.P. connector laser deals 20 damage.
- T.R.I.P. connectors reconnect instantly after having their line of sight blocked.
GLAIVE-12
- Damage increased to 67 (was 63).
- Damage range drop-off increased up to 15 meters to match other slug shotguns.
- Improved recoil and first shot recoil (PC and Console).
- Total ammunition increased to 44 (was 29).
- Hip fire accuracy increased to match other slug shotguns.
