Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds has received another fix regarding performance, which mainly came because of many players being in the same area. The issue had an impact on FPS and now should result in a much lesser FPS drops. After the PC 1.0 second update and the BP compensation, Bluehole keeps on fixing performance related issues to improve player’s experience.

It is a client-side performance issue, which kind of dulls the difficulties when it comes to a confident and stable FPS. After the parachuting view distance reducement update, this is a second-best update to get since the PC 1.0 launch. Performance matters for most of the hardcore players, which in terms have given quite a positive feedback on the social networks.

PC players, we've deployed a patch on our live servers to address the client-side performance issue and fix other bugs. Please download the update via your Steam client. You can read the patch notes here: https://t.co/jVgOSi503M
