PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Banned 28,840 Accounts During September 14-20 Enforcement Period

PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS banned 28,840 accounts during its investigation period from September 14 through September 20. The figures come from the game’s weekly bans notice.
Cheating made up the largest portion of the enforcement action, with 16,675 accounts banned. Team killing accounted for 4,381 cases, while abusing and teaming accounted for 3,895 and 3,889 bans, respectively.
The report also counted 13,887 banned devices and 30,803 affected accounts. Those figures are separate from the account-ban total, giving the enforcement summary a wider view of the action taken during the week.
The 28,840 account bans were 10,025 fewer than the 38,865 accounts recorded during the September 7 through September 13 review.

PUBG asks players to report illegal software and misconduct through the in-game tools first. Players who need more assistance can contact PUBG Support, and the notice also recommends Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator to help protect their accounts.
