PUBG Banned 19,196 Accounts in Its Latest Weekly Sweep
The July 20–26 enforcement report also recorded 7,977 banned devices and 11,542 affected accounts.
PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS banned 19,196 accounts during its latest investigation period, which covered July 20 through July 26. The figures come from the game’s July 29 weekly bans notice.
Cheating made up the largest portion of the enforcement action, with 9,664 accounts banned for that violation. PUBG also recorded 5,893 team-killing bans, 3,235 bans for abusing, and 404 bans for teaming.
The report also showed 7,977 banned devices and 11,542 affected accounts. That is fewer account bans than the previous weekly review, which covered July 13 through July 19 and recorded 25,233 bans.
PUBG said the permanently banned account list is available through a PDF linked in the notice. The in-game names in the attached list have their first three characters replaced with asterisks.
Players who encounter illegal software or other misconduct should use the in-game reporting tools first. For further help, PUBG directs players to PUBG Support. The developer also recommends Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator and provides an official setup guide.
