Pokémon GO’s Transfer Screen Flags Perfect Pokémon Before They’re Sent
The warning identifies a 100% Pokémon in the transfer selection and lets trainers leave it out.
Pokémon GO’s transfer prompt can flag a selected perfect Pokémon before it is sent to the Professor. The warning shows “1 ★ 100% Pokémon” in the selection and offers “Include” and “Leave Out” options, giving Trainers a final chance to spare it.

One Trainer said they had transferred dozens of hundos before and identified the flagged Pokémon as a Diglett.
A second Trainer saw the same warning after purifying a Pokémon to see whether it would become a 4*, then forgetting to check its appraisal. The prompt appeared when they went to transfer it.
