A fourth Necrozma slot appears in a Pokémon GO Pokédex screenshot, but it does not confirm Ultra Necrozma is coming. The view shows Necrozma, Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings, followed by an empty fourth space.
Ultra necrozma confirmed??

A tiny label beneath the empty slot appears to contain mega_ultra. That hints at an interface entry, but there is no visible name or Pokémon image to identify what the slot represents. It is a Pokédex clue, not an announcement of a new form.
The screenshot also does not explain how a possible fourth entry would relate to Necrozma’s Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings forms. It offers no details about whether a future form would use fusion or a Mega-style transformation, so either interpretation remains unconfirmed.
