Pokémon GO Dodging Just Got a Major Upgrade!

Have you ever been in the heat of a Raid, dodging left and right, only to feel like you’re not getting it right? Like, seriously, what is up with those attacks sometimes? Well, get ready because Pokémon GO has finally rolled out an update that makes dodging during Raids way easier, and I’m here for it!

You can now dodge at any time between when you see that notification saying the boss is about to attack and when the actual damage hits. Yup, you heard me right! This applies to all moves and bosses, making dodging much more reliable.

And guess what? You don’t have to stop attacking while dodging either! So if you’ve got a charge move ready, unleash it after you dodge. Talk about multitasking in style. But before you get too excited, some attacks are still sneaky quick, making them tricky to avoid. It’s like trying to dodge your little sibling when they’re throwing pillows at you, good luck!

Oh, and let’s not forget about dodge stacking. That’s fixed too! Now we can actually planning without getting frustrated by bugs messing up our gameplay.

The other Raid Boss mechanics are mostly unchanged, though. Those bosses can still fire off multiple charge moves back-to-back if they’ve got enough energy stored up. So keep your focus sharp because if they flip that coin favorably… boom! Charge move incoming.

So yeah, Raid Bosses generate their Energy by taking damage from us brave Trainers, hitting them with everything we’ve got. And once they’ve accumulated enough energy? It’s all down to chance, a coin flip decides whether they use that energy for a Charge move or stick with Fast Moves.

Does the boss have enough energy saved up? Just wait. It’s only a matter of time before they’re tossing out another powerful attack your way!
