With a little under two months left in 2025, Pocketpair Publishing posted a brief Nov 5 message on X saying it is thinking of announcing one final publishing game for the year. Pocketpair Publishing is the label spun out of the team behind Palworld, and it only launched in January. The imprint has already partnered with Surgent Studios on the afro-futurist project that became Dead Take, which released in July and featured actors Neil Newbon and Ben Starr.

Short, sharp teases like this usually mean one of two things: a small studio is about to get a spotlight, or Pocketpair is keeping something unusual deliberately under wraps. Either way, it is worth keeping an eye on the publisher’s channels over the next few weeks.
