Arma Reforger, Bohemia Interactive’s Early Access standalone version that’s supposed to be a gateway to Arma 4, is a decent video game product if we leave the discrepancies aside. With all the disconnection failures, we can easily confirm that Arma Reforger it’s away from its full-grown status, and to get there, we’ll probably need a couple of more failing candidates before the big bang. However, even if the player base declines, modders assure to keep up the hype going by developing some exciting mods.
As we have mentioned, King of the Hill was one of the mods that started development early since its release. A streamer named InclementDab is working on its full delivery and has stated that it’s still far from completion. There’s no server running this mod because it is not yet completed. Judging by his recent progress, we can easily conclude that his mod is heading in the right direction.
In the past couple of weeks, there have already been tons of Arma Reforger mods deployed. Some of them have been utilized by the server owners, especially in the Conflict game mode. It’s safe to assume that mods such as
- Unflip Vehicles
- Better Muzzle Flashes
- Better Tracers
- Ford Mustang GT 2005
- Zombies
- Attachments Compatibility Mod
- G36 Variants
- AK-12
- M4-MK18 with attachment pack
- Where Am I
- Map Waypoints
- and other additional mods
have already made the game a better place and inflicted a closer feeling to Arma 3. Not to mention, there are tons of game mods that third-party server owners haven’t implemented. These include scopes, kitted-out guns, vehicles, and other bits and pieces that should make Arma Reforger modern and distinctive.
At this point, it’s only a matter of time before we see additional mods arriving at Arma Reforger’s Workshop. So far, there are over 800 mods in the Workshop, yet to be determined and run by third-party server owners. At this time, Bohemia Interactive is still dealing with some core issues involving client disconnections, which should be fixed in the near future.
With all of this said, modders lay up a massive foundation that would give a great course to Arma Reforger in the coming future. Thanks to their efforts, this not only propels the game as a whole but also commits to a striving and satisfied community. Until further notice, stay tuned!
