Grinding Gear Games just revealed the Title Update 0.1.1 for Early Access, and it’s packed with many changes that could shift your gameplay experience! Let’s break down what’s new!
This update introduces four new Tower Maps to the Endgame: Alpine Ridge, Bluff, Mesa, and Sinking Spire! How cool is that? Plus, they revamped the Lost Towers Map area, which is definitely something to check out if you love exploring.
If diving into those Endgame maps, prepare for more action because they now feature at least three Rare Monsters each! The developers even made Citadels more visible on the Endgame map and added a neat little detail where maps display their Biome when hovered over in the Atlas UI.
Performance improvements were also on the agenda. Thanks to these tweaks, you can expect smoother encounters during boss fights like Xyclucian and Chimera. They even improved how lava looks in The Molten Vault! Nice touch there!
I noticed some players were concerned about drop rates in-game. Unfortunately, this patch doesn’t address that, which is a bit disappointing. However, there are some positives; now you can change sockets in your weapons and armor, which is a step in the right direction!
