Outriders is an upcoming looter shooter RPG developed by People Can Fly and Square Enix. Players will travel to the hostile planet of Enoch on a journey to a mysterious signal. There will be four different classes, and players will have the privilege to customize their Outrider; however they wish.
When it got announced, it faced a lot of criticism and backlash for it being just “another looter shooter,” but the recent gameplay showings and screenshots have been proving people otherwise.
Soon, we’ll also find out exactly when the game is releasing. A release date announces video has gone up on the game’s official YouTube page, which will premiere tomorrow at 9 PM PT.
Outriders were initially due to come out in summer, but it got pushed back a little to co-arrive with the next-gen consoles. It will launch for PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Google Stadia. Tune in tomorrow for the official release date.
