Once Human’s Seventh Feedback Round Puts Dungeon Rewards First
Starry Studio plans new dungeon rewards, a tentacle-hiding option for Abyssal Touch within two months, and batch map-pin removal within six months, while the Tech research animation skip is already live.

Once Human‘s seventh Meta Hotline update has put dungeon rewards at the top of the community’s current Feedback Hot Charts, with Starry Studio raising the priority of the request while it plans broader dungeon changes and new instances. The studio detailed the results in its seventh Meta Hotline announcement, using standings recorded on August 5.
The Feedback Hot Charts were added after Version 2.3.7 to the Once Human Feedback Platform. Players can sign in, like ideas they support, and dislike requests they do not want prioritized. Those reactions update in real time, and the chart refreshes with each version update as the development team reviews the results.
This follows the previous Meta Hotline round, which focused on storage and collection rewards. The seventh cycle covers six requests, with some moving into development and others remaining on hold.

Dungeon rewards move to the front
The request for more dungeon rewards received the highest number of likes in this cycle. Starry Studio has adopted it and raised its development priority. The team said future dungeon content will receive broad changes and upgrades, alongside the launch of brand-new dungeons.
Reward plans will be developed alongside those dungeon changes, with the goal of matching payouts more closely to the time and effort required. The team will review participation, completion costs, and the way rewards are earned across live game modes before confirming the final implementation. Work is underway, but the studio still needs to complete development planning and testing.
Three accepted requests are on the roadmap
Abyssal Touch tentacles: A visibility option for the Abyssal Touch Fashion has been accepted and is expected within two months. The tentacles can obstruct the view in some situations, so players will be able to change their retracted state. The option will also apply while driving or lying down.
Custom map pins: Batch removal and broader management tools have been accepted for development within six months. Players currently have to handle personal pins one at a time, while the planned system should support easier viewing, editing, and cleanup from a more unified interface.
PC voice input: Starry Studio will not add an always-on Hive voice channel for now. Instead, it plans to bring voice input to PC, including Hive communication. Mobile already supports voice messages, and the upcoming console platform will support them as well. The studio said it will share the PC release timeline in a later announcement.
Fusion Pods and Hive voice chat remain on hold
The team rejected the request for additional Deviation Fusion Pods for the time being. Starry Studio said the single-pod setup is meant to make players weigh their choices during the fusion process. Adding multiple pods could change the pace of Deviation evolution, and the team said the benefits still need more observation. Feedback is also split, so the request may be reviewed again if support becomes more focused.
The Hive voice chat request is also staying on hold in its always-on form. The planned PC voice-message feature is the studio’s current answer for team communication, rather than a permanent live voice channel.
Tech research animation skip is live
One request has already been completed. The Tech research completion animation skip went live with the August 5 version update, so the completion sequence no longer plays repeatedly after each research task. Starry Studio said it will continue watching player feedback and make further adjustments if needed.
