The developers behind Once Human have announced a scheduled server maintenance on February 12 at 8:00 PM (PT), expected to last about two hours—though we all know how these things can go! So, make sure you plan your gaming sessions accordingly to avoid any hiccups.
This upcoming update is packed with goodies: say hello to the new ‘Folk Guitar’ instrument, into the exclusive Visional Wheel S0 event ‘Crimson Moon’, and take advantage of the limited-time ‘Lightforge Loot Crate: Dream Waltz’. Plus, there are optimizations and bug fixes that promise to polish up your gameplay experience.
; here’s what you can expect from this update!
The spotlight shines on the Folk Guitar—a charming addition that players can snag by purchasing its formula from NPC shops located in Deadsville (east) and Camp Igloo (north). For just 2,000 Energy Links, you can craft this enchanting instrument at the Supplies Workbench.
A mysterious phenomenon has graced our world—Strange Rubies are popping up in scenarios influenced by the Lunar Oracle! Collect these gems to unlock an assortment of rewards during the Crimson Moon event, which runs from February 12 until April 24 (PT). Gather Rubies by taking down Deviants or scavenging materials in the wild—then exchange them for weapon skins and furniture formulas at the Ruby Shop.
The fun doesn’t stop there; once Lunar Oracle hits Phase 3 in March, you’ll even be able to dye furniture formulas for a splash of color! Just keep an eye on those weekly caps for Ruby collection; it’s all about strategy as excess capacity rolls over for up to four weeks.

Expect treasures like the ‘Dreamsilver’ fashion set (Legendary) and ‘Golden Vow’ Cradle skin (Legendary).
-
- Additional Items:
The shop will also welcome some winter-themed items after the update on February 12 (PT)—including character sets like ‘Saddleback Caprice’ (Fine) and skins such as ‘Guilt Pact’ Cradle skin (Epic).
-
- Future Arrivals:
You won’t want to miss out on what’s coming next week either! On February 20 server time, for hearts aflame with love through ‘Winter Serenade’ Collection set (Epic) alongside other additions!
- The ‘Splattered Paint’ weapon skin makes its debut along with its bundle—check it out when it drops!
Heads-up—after maintenance concludes on February 26 (PT), Lifeforce Boost and Tactics Amplifier glove mods will no longer drop from dungeons or mod crates.
They’ve trimmed down completion times needed for both ‘Dig to Hell’ events!
Campsites placed outdoors will now automatically recall after a designated period.
A shiny new threat alert feature has been added—a handy little arrow pointing toward dangers ahead. Players can choose between this or stick with their familiar old-school alerts under Threat Alert settings. Difference between alerts:
Players should really take some time checking out those Settings screens—you might find features you’ve overlooked before! And hey, if you’ve got feedback or suggestions rolling around your mind, send them over via feedback channels—they’re always listening!
