Once Human has just received its 2.0 update, focusing on squashing a variety of bugs reported by players across PC and mobile platforms. After the official release, the developers have been listening closely to user feedback and are now rolling out fixes that should smooth out some frustrating gameplay moments.
Players who have been diving into the RaidZone mode might’ve noticed that vehicles sometimes fail to appear in the wilderness under certain conditions. This patch remedies that, making exploration a bit less unpredictable. Also, to keep things fair, any items picked up during the tutorial will be wiped before heading into the wild, so everyone starts on equal footing.
One annoying glitch that locked other characters on the same account out of unlocking the Fashion Mannequin has been resolved. Animal output for creatures with low tameness has been corrected, and the Body Boost Feed now works as intended. Crashes triggered by specific fashion combos are history, which is a relief for those who love customizing their looks without fearing a sudden shutdown.
Multiplayer fans will appreciate fixes to the fundamental Pulse’s Power Surge damage frequency and improvements ensuring Hellfire Howl and Afterveil synchronize properly on custom servers. There were also adjustments to prevent freezing during scenario transfers and to correct gathering outputs when switching scenarios on those custom servers.
Other tweaks include lifting restrictions on character creation limits on servers, syncing facility and material skins correctly, and fixing overexposed character skins in some situations. The Bacon Burger’s one-hit effect now triggers as it should, and the sharing QR code display after re-customization has been polished.
Weather effects in the Endless Dream scenario have been fixed, and an odd issue with Starry Bubble Tea granting extra Shield when Max HP fluctuates frequently has been addressed. Female character running animations received an optimization, and on mobile, the photo mode no longer causes characters to fall in the wrong direction mid-air.
