Ever wished you could go back in time and meet someone special? Well, Once Again, a delightful summertime adventure game lets you do just that! Now available on the Nintendo Switch, this charming title invites players to step into the shoes of Sia and embark on an unforgettable journey through time.

AMATA K.K. has expanded its horizons by bringing this RB Wolf Games-developed gem to the Switch. Priced at just $5.99 via the Nintendo eShop, it’s a steal for anyone looking to indulge in heartfelt storytelling mixed with nostalgic gameplay mechanics.

If you’ve been keeping an eye on gaming news, you’ll know that Once Again first debuted for PC via Steam and mobile platforms like iOS and Android in October 2022. And while AMATA K.K. hasn’t officially confirmed it yet, versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One have recently been rated in Taiwan, hinting that these might be joining the lineup soon.

About

Dive into a narrative where every birthday is a chance to reconnect with lost moments. When teenage boy Sia makes a wish on his uneventful birthday, he’s thrown into another time before someone he never got to meet, a mysterious figure who will join him through photography as they weave their story across rolls of film.

  • Sia’s unique bond through birthdays offers warmth and wonderment in spades.
  • The interactive gameplay involves actions like scrubbing and photo-taking—simple yet deeply satisfying.
  • An art style that’s visually enchanting ties together both story and play seamlessly.
  • A musical score by WeiFan adds emotional layers that can’t be conveyed with words alone.
