NARAKA: BLADEPOINT has added Ye Xiu and the Kaleidoscope Parasol, giving players a new fighter and the game’s first weapon built to change forms during battle. Both are available now on July 30, and Ye Xiu can be claimed for free.
24 Entertainment announced the new content through the official Steam announcement, which ties the crossover to The King’s Avatar.
Ye Xiu Brings Speed and Counterattacks
Ye Xiu’s combat design draws from his original character. His kit focuses on fast movement, counterattacks, and combo chains that can be adjusted on the fly. He can also deal area damage or focus on heavy single-target bursts, giving him answers for several kinds of fights.
That mix makes Ye Xiu one of the more flexible heroes in NARAKA: BLADEPOINT. His arrival also reflects the journey of his The King’s Avatar counterpart, who starts over and works toward reclaiming his place at the top.

The Kaleidoscope Parasol Changes Forms
The Kaleidoscope Parasol is the first weapon in the game that can cycle through multiple forms during combat. Players can switch between its Parasol, Shield, and Axe configurations to move between agile attacks, defensive play, and close-range damage.

The crossover and the new weapon arrive as part of NARAKA: BLADEPOINT’s five-year celebration. The update connects Ye Xiu’s pursuit of glory with 24 Entertainment’s long-running focus on Chinese martial arts in competitive gaming.
Players can log in on July 30 to claim Ye Xiu and try out the Kaleidoscope Parasol’s three combat styles.
