Mindseye, directed by former GTA lead Leslie Benzies, is eager up to be an interesting entry in the sci-fi open-world genre. Set in the sandy city of Redrock, the game stars Jacob Diaz, an ex-soldier with a tangled memory. Launching June 10, 2025, Mindseye promises a strong single-player experience with a roadmap that extends well beyond release.
At launch, players can expect a variety of combat missions like Honor Amongst Thieves and Friendly Fire, alongside several race types including drone races such as Garden Party and Chase the Sun. Horde Mode also debuts at launch with the Destruction Site Shootout. Premium players receive a bonus Horde Mode mission called Attack the Block and an Exotic Pack with skins for a drone, vehicle, and Jacob’s vest.
Looking ahead, Mindseye’s content roadmap for 2025 is divided across three major seasonal updates, each adding fresh features and missions to keep the game world lively and interesting…
Summer 2025 Update
- Special collaboration content
- New missions added
- Community updates potentially linked with the Everywhere platform
Fall 2025 Update
- Multiplayer mode launch
- Additional single-player game modes
- More story-expanding missions
Winter 2025 Update
- Another wave of collaboration content
- Free roam enhancements to refresh the game world
- New missions including Major Adventure and Starstream Universe
Each update also brings new packs and missions, so the content won’t run dry after the main story wraps up. Mindseye seems ready to keep players returning for more, with a mix of solo and multiplayer experiences planned.
